Media Designed for Reliable Performance

Roll-O-Mat Green media is a made from high loft polyester fibers bonded with a cured resin. This 100% synthetic media is especially suitable for applications where the potential shedding of fibers from other types of media, such as fiberglass, is a concern, or for specific processes that prohibit the use of fiberglass.

The media is treated with a moderate amount of Viscosine gel, which assists in preventing particles from breaking away from the fibers and traveling downstream. Roll-O-Mat Green rolls are also available “dry,” without any adhesive.

Scrim Prevents Bypass Leakage

A synthetic mesh backing material is applied to the air-leaving side of the media to improve its strength and prevent dirty air from bypassing the filter.
