Design and construction

• Construction: Galvanized steel cell sides for standard commercial HVAC use.
• Media: Extended-surface pleated synthetic or microfiberglass (MERV-dependent), supported by rigid internal separators.
• Header: No Header.
• Certification: UL 900 listed.

What MERV 14 captures

Sub-micron particles including most smoke and bacteria-sized particles. MERV 14 is a commercial-grade filtration tier, typically used as final filter in commercial air handlers or as a high-efficiency upgrade in facilities with dedicated high-MERV systems. Standard residential HVAC equipment is rarely rated for MERV 14 static pressure.
